  • Location Data (as part of the app 'Ghost Walk')

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • To analyse our audience, and better understand what groups are coming to our shows.

  • For inclusion in any mailing lists.

For Location Data for 'Ghost Walk":

  • To allow for the functioning of the app, to play sounds at specific locations. This information is not used beyond the functioning of the app experience. 

We use the information that you have given us in order to broadly analyse our audiences, for public grant applications and to better market our theatre work.

Your information is securely stored on a password locked drive.

We keep contact details for five years. We will then dispose your information by securely deleting it.
