Welcome to Ghost Walk, a new site-specific audio experience for the City of London.
Here's how to get started:
1) Once the app is downloaded, open up the app on your phone - you should see a screen with a yellow OPEN button - tap it.
2) You should be taken through to a page titled City of London, with a yellow DOWNLOAD button - click this (TIP: the download will be quicker if connected to WiFi than 3G/4G/5G).
3) Wait for the app to download fully, with the screen open on your phone. If an error message shows up, dismiss it, and try again.
4) When the yellow button reads START you are ready to go. Grab your headphones, head to Finsbury Avenue Square, Broadgate, and press start! To avoid getting lost, check out this information on How To Get Here.

FAQ
How long does it take to Ghost Walk?
It takes about 55 minutes to experience Ghost Walk.
Are the streets empty or dark?
At night the streets in City of London can be empty. While all the streets are lit, we recommend experiencing the walk with a few pals if you're heading out at night.
My download is stuck?
Try closing the app fully by swiping up, and opening it again.
I'm on an iPhone and my download is stuck at 0%
Uninstall the app, and reinstall it! Remember to stay on the download screen while the walk downloads.
My GPS is having trouble locating me.
Due to tall buildings, GPS can be inaccurate in City of London. Try standing still, and your GPS should re-centre itself.
I'm halfway through the walk, and I want to press 'Stop Walk'
This will reset the story, and you'll have to start from the beginning. Don't do it!
